DOT – Deployment on Time Service
SBNT ensures that a DOT member will be placed at the customer's premises and will physically overlook the operations of implementation and systems deployment. He will closely co-ordinate the activities of data transformation (as mentioned below) with his team in home base ensuring that all jobs are achieved in the defined parameters - on time and within costs. Our systems and internal processes ensure that no customer Technical Assistance Request (iTAR), however minor, remains unresolved beyond pre-set time limits. The iTAR, if unresolved, is auto-escalated to the Complex Problem Escalation Team (C-PET). C-PET is geared to make independent assessment of the iTAR and take decisive action until resolution and proactive problem prevention.
